Elizabeth and Nick’s beautiful wedding took place at Galilee Episcopal Church and Princess Anne Country Club in Virginia Beach. Michelene Gary, the ne plus ultra of event planners coordinated the event with her usual style and grace.

So many lovely textures at this wedding, from the handmade lace on Elizabeth’s gown, to the swirly tableclothes to the Auntie Mame like flower embellishment on the classically lovely cake.

Kim Wadsworth worked her magic on Elizabeth, a gorgeous bride to begin with! I know I’ve mentioned it before, but Kim Wadsworth is the Queen of makeup, creating looks that are contemporary without being so trendy they will look quickly dated. Also, her work lasts and lasts and lasts, her brides looking as fresh and magical at the end of the evening as they did at the start of the day.

Beautiful Bridesmaids and handsome gents.

I always get a little teary when daughters dance with their beloved fathers, don’t you?

What a gorgeous, glorious day. I had so much fun shooting and editing this event, as Elizabeth and Nick were so joyous and fun to be around. And they both have the best smiles ever : )
Michelene Gary coordinated this event, with day of help from Kim Wadsworth.
